Terms:
- Well-behaved pets are welcome: $20/night (no cats please as the owner is allergic)
- We are glad to give our Senior Guests (over 60) a 10% discount.
- Refundable cleaning/damage deposit required $200
- Rent plus tax required to hold reservation
- Any Cancellations must made a minimum of two months prior to initial check in date.
- Cleaning fee: $50/stay for 3 or less and $75 for 4 or more. Housekeeping will come after your stay is complete. Cleaning fee covers normal cleaning.
- If extra cleanup is necessary (above standard), you will be charged to your deposit at a rate of $50.00/hour.
- Absolutely NO smoking in the house. Ashtrays are provided on the deck for smoking outdoors. You will lose your security deposit if you smoke in the house.
- Any lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged to your deposit for replacement or repair.
